1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Residency Requirements

To use kawa53 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. kawa53 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesia when accessing kawa53 services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card or passport), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and KYC verification.
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your Account.
• Notify kawa53 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kawa53 is required to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or Passport).
• A recent selfie photograph holding your ID document.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Additional documents as reasonably requested by kawa53 for enhanced due diligence.

Your first withdrawal request will be subject to successful KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an Account or using kawa53 services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by kawa53 for breach of these Terms.
• Employees of kawa53, employees of game providers, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kawa53 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.

kawa53 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your payment method and Account verification level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• kawa53 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Your first withdrawal requires successful completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to periodic re-verification.
• kawa53 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

kawa53 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This policy prevents kawa53 from being used as a currency exchange service. Suspicious transactions or patterns may be reported to relevant authorities and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

kawa53 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Participation in any promotion is subject to:

• Full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Compliance with the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion.
• Account verification and good standing.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example:

• If you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 8x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 8,000,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

• You have created multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• You have colluded with other Users to abuse promotions.
• You have engaged in "bonus hunting" or arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to exploit promotional terms.
• You have provided false information to qualify for a promotion.

Users found abusing bonuses may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds (including deposits) may be forfeited.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in kawa53 systems.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or engaging in any form of cyber attack against kawa53 infrastructure.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Age Verification

kawa53 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. We employ age verification technologies and manual review processes to prevent underage access. If we discover that a User is under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

6.2 Self-Exclusion & Limits

• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per time period.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any outstanding wagering requirements.

8.2 kawa53-Initiated Suspension or Termination

kawa53 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward kawa53 staff or other Users.

In the event of Account closure for breach of Terms, kawa53 may withhold any remaining balance and winnings. However, original deposits made in good faith will be returned to you after deduction of any charges, reversals, or losses caused by your breach.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kawa53 is licensed to operate. While kawa53 primarily serves Indonesian players, the platform operates under an international offshore license, and disputes shall be governed by international commercial law and the specific regulations of our licensing jurisdiction.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and kawa53, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
